Issued in March 1999, it was made at the initiative of the German scale model magazine "Modell Fahrzeug" and issued at the Fazinazion Modellbau '99" exhibition in Sinsheim.

The over box carries a decal, confirming the above.

Schuco Piccolo Mercedes Benz 2.5L Grand prix Car, Schuber.
This is one of the series of three that were the first Piccolo's to be re-issued by the revived Schuco company and dates back to November 1994.
It is a re-issue of the Mercedes Benz Stromlinien and comes in a luxurious silver box with an "etched" picture of the real car.
Being the first re-issue, the paint is a lot "rougher" than later issues and the model does not yet carry a race number.
The model was made for the Daimler Benz Museum and it was really this small series that "set off" the renewed interest in Piccolo's.
It was a limited edition of only 2,000 pcs.
Issued in December 1998 and made for the Mercedes-Benz Museum shop.

It is a typical 1950's German School Boy carrying a BMW Isetta and stands approximately 5 inches or 12 cm high.

This is the extremely rare VW Bus that was issued by the Schuco factory itself to commemorate the merger between Dickie and Schuco and became known as the "Car Alliance Piccolo".
This model was given to the top 250 Schuco dealers in Germany as a present and memento.
It was a VERY limited edition of only 250 pcs.
Issued in October 2001, this was the second elaboration of the Typ 2 VW Bus and comes in the livery of a 1960's / 1970's BP Energol delivery van.

It comes in the grey livery of the car that competed in the 1960 Monte Carlo Rally.
It was a limited edition of only 1,000 pcs and was sold exclusively by Mercedes Benz at said car show.

It is a closed VW bus in the livery of Vivil and was made for the Vedes chain of toy stores.
It comes with the original box.
CAREFUL: The Vivil bus is infamous for the fact that the protective plastic layer on the roof was applied too soon after cure-drying the paint. Trying to remove it may damage the paint on the roof of the model. Each and every Vivil bus suffers from this and so does this one...

This model of the 356 A Carrera was issued at the Techno Classica Classic Car Fair in Germany, April 2007.
It comes in the livery of the car as driven by German racers Strähle and Linge in the 1957 running of the Mille Miglia.

Issued in December 2000, this elaboration of the Semi was made as an elaboration of the normal plain semi truck.
It carries elaborate print to celebrate that the hometown of Schuco, Nuremberg, was founded 950 years ago.
The print shows the "Adler", the first German locomotive which ran between the cities of Nurnberg and Furth.

Issued in September 1999, this set was issued as a gift for the personnel of Kraft Jakobs Suchard, the chocolate and coffee giant.
Although 3,200 pcs were made, they are as rare as hen's teeth as all 3,200 pcs went to the personnel of the company and none went to the toy trade.
The set comes in a tin box which shows all the brand names that the company operates.
It is the largest set of Piccolo's ever issued and contains not less than 7 cars!
Vintage Schuco Piccolo 706 Maserati 250F.
Introduced in 1957, this was the 6th Piccolo to be issued and remained in the range until 1966.
It is in near mint condition with only some minor, not even pinhead-sized paint chips.
It also has the desirable slot in the bottom which signifies that this was a model that could have been sold in the ultra scarce sphere "box".
One of the scarcer vintage Piccolo models.

Schuco Piccolo Magirus Deutz Ladder Truck, 150 Jahre Berliner Feuerwehr.
Issued in July 2001, this was the second elaboration of the Magirus Deutz Laddertruck.
It was issued to commemorate 150 years Berlin Fire Brigade and was part of a whole series of models issued at that occasion.
It carries the logo of the Berlin Fire Brigade on the doors.
The over-box carries an extra decal on the front window to indicate the event for which this model was issued.
It was a Limited Edition of a mere 1,500 pcs. destined for the specialist toy trade only.

Vintage Schuco Piccolo 705 Midget USA, Red.
Introduced in 1957, this was the 5th Piccolo to be issued and remained in the range until the demise of the Piccolo range in 1969.
It is in fair condition but with a lot of paint loss and it looks like some kid had a tremendous amount of fun with it.
Too good to be a restoration candidate.

Vintage Schuco Piccolo 712 VW Beetle.
As part of the first issues of the Schuco Piccolo range, it appeared on the market in 1957 and was so popular that it remained in production until the end in 1969.
This particular example is in good condition but has been repainted at one stage in its life. The red paint is slightly to thin but other than that, the person who did the repaint made a decent job out of it.

Issued in February 1996, it was issued as a gift for "friends of the house" of Schuco at the 1996 Nuremberg Toy Fair.
It carries a red Schuco logo print on the doors and a black "Messe 1996" print on the hood.

Issued in September 2002, this is a limited edition of 2,222 pcs destined for the specialist toy trade only.
It was issued to celebrate the "goodbye" to the Deutsch Mark and the introduction of the Euro as European currency.
The set contains a 743 articulated lorry with special print, box, certificate and as a special bonus, a small bag with shredded DM notes!

Issued in September 2002, this Bus was made for Haribo, the German manufacturer of "Gummibären" candy.

The bus comes packaged in a very attractively styled box, comes complete with certificate and the set includes a mini bag of Gummibären.
It is a limited edition of 2,222 pcs only, part of which went to Haribo, part of which ended up with the specialist toy trade.
